Honesty and clear communication with my clients! If anything were to happen to a child in my care, it would be first and utmost importance to contact the parent immediately and fill them in. As well as communicating if there are any delays in my expected arrival or work hours.

The most important part about being a nanny...
was seeing one of my kids face's light up when she came into the classroom that morning. She called my name and ran to hug me, it absolutely melted my heart to this day.
