I would describe myself as a loving, patient, dependable, and nurturing caregiver. As a mother of two children, a son on the autism spectrum and a daughter with health challenges. I have firsthand experience understanding that every child is different and requires their own approach, patience, and level of care.
Being a mother has taught me to be attentive to the little things, recognize when a child may need extra support, communicate with patience, and create a safe and comforting environment. I understand the importance of structure and consistency while also being flexible enough to adjust to a child’s individual needs.
