I was a Director for Earlychildhood in NJ for over 20 years . I worked with ages 2months through 5 years of age . I also raised my own family. I enjoy all letting children grow and develop with guidance . I lost my job due to Covid cutbacks and have since relocated . The thing I miss most about the children is there ability to make your day with there smiles , laughter, hugs or conversation . If they were happy and safe then I was doing my job. Children will learn as long as they are in a environment where they feel safe and secure .
I also worked in a group home before working in a daycare setting . Those children ranged in age from 7years through 15 years of age . That was a long time ago but I am great with all age ranges .
I am a positive , fun and loving individual . I am lighthearted but also am aware children need a balance of boundaries .
