More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My role as an AmeriCorps Behavioral Intervention Member at the Robinson Community Learning Center, where I worked with children ages 6 months to 5 years in a structured early childhood setting. In this role, I supported daily routines such as meals, naps, playtime, and learning activities, and provided hands-on care including diaper changing, assisting with potty training, and meeting individual developmental needs. I used positive reinforcement and trauma-informed approaches to support behavior and emotional regulation and gained experience working with children with special needs by providing individualized support when needed. In addition, I have several years of babysitting experience for multiple families, where I cared for children of various ages in home settings, prepared meals, managed bedtime routines, and engaged children in safe, age-appropriate, and nurturing activities.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include playing my guitar and introducing them to music, having fun dance parties, going on walks, playing sports, and spending time outside. I also enjoy engaging children in creative play, encouraging movement and imagination, and creating fun, active, and positive experiences that help them learn and express themselves.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, supported, and valued. It’s about building trust with both the children and their families, while also being patient, attentive, and responsive to each child’s individual needs. I believe it’s important to support not only a child’s physical care and daily routines, but also their emotional, social, and developmental growth in a positive and encouraging way!
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children includes working one-on-one and in group settings through my role as an AmeriCorps Behavioral Intervention Member at the Robinson Community Learning Center, where I provided individualized support based on each child’s developmental and behavioral needs. I have experience using patience, structure, and positive reinforcement to help children navigate routines, transitions, and social interactions. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where each child feels safe, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is seeing the small but meaningful milestones in a child’s growth—whether it’s helping them feel confident during a new routine, watching their excitement as they learn something new, or building trust over time. I especially enjoy moments where children feel safe enough to be themselves, laugh freely, and fully engage in play and learning. Those simple, everyday interactions are what make childcare so rewarding to me.

Babysitter Available in Carmel, IN: Anne R.
I am a young grandma newer to Carmel. I was a nanny to my 3 and 6 year old grandsons until last month, when my daughter left her corporate job. I worked 12 hours a day caring for them, cleaning and cooking for everyone, and I loved it!
I am mature, but have a lot of energy and stamina, and I enjoy children tremendously. I could be a great help to a family needing a responsible, gentle adult caring for their children.

☀️Summer Nanny Ready for Fun! ☀️
Hi everyone! My name is Presley Parker and I’m finishing up my freshman year at Carmel High School. I’m looking for a fun summer nanny position with a great family! 💛
I’m currently a weekend nanny for two adorable girls (ages 1 & 3) and I absolutely love spending time with kids. I’ve cared for one child or multiple kids and different ages, so I’m comfortable jumping right in and helping out!
I’m not your typical babysitter~I love planning fun activities, playing outside, doing crafts, organizing toys, and even helping with light cleaning and tidying up. I like to keep things fun, organized, and happy for both kids and parents! 🎨⚽️🫧
Although I’m one year away from getting my license, I do have an amazing Uber driver known as my mom 😄 and when she isn’t available, I use Uber Teen~so transportation isn’t a problem!
If your kids love games, crafts, outside adventures, and lots of laughs, I’m your girl!

Part-Time Nanny Available in Carmel, IN: Alyssa E.
Hi! I’m Alyssa and I live in Indianapolis. I have a degree in Tourism, Events, and Sports Management and currently work as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where I stay organized, support clients, and help keep things running smoothly.
I previously worked at a daycare for a year and grew up helping with my church’s children’s ministry and VBS, which is where my love for working with kids really began. I’m a Christian and care about creating a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
I’ve been married for almost a year and really value building a warm, supportive home, which is something I love bringing into the families I work with. I’m very social and love staying active with walking, pickleball, and tennis. I also love dogs and am happy to help with meal prep, routines, and keeping a home organized.
I’ve realized I feel most fulfilled in personal roles working with families and kids, and I would love to find a part time nanny position with a great family.
