1/2008- 8/2009 While withI worked with the children everyday providing a fun safe and friendly environment for the kids to enjoy and the parents to feel comfortable in as well. I worked with them only a year before being promoted to a lead and helping run the middle school program. There I was in charge of recess/lunch room duty, preparing daily activities, supervising staff, planing field trips, shopping for supplies, talking with parents and managing any concerns/complaints from them, handling money, attending weekly meetings, tracking attendance, creating newsletters, permissions slips, and calenders, administering snack daily giving medication to child who needed it. I resigned after beginning school as my class schedule conflicted with the time I needed to put in as a lead 10/2006 - 12/2007 Saint Charles/Missouri I work closely with the children in the morning before school and again after school. Every morning we break into grade level groups and do our lesson plans. every week we have meetings where we turn our lesson plans in 2 week ahead of time with a supply list of everything we need. Our lesson plans are written using The Omnibus Work Sampling System. In the afternoons we set up a snack and a free choice session. In this Position I have learned the importance of organization, and flexibly. With the Francis Howell School District we are required to take a set number of training hours each year. this year I have all ready taken 8, and I am currently enrolled in two child education classes.

I have been caring for children for 12 years. I have traveled with families, stayed in their homes and babysat for date night. I have experience taking care of children from newborns into their teens. My mother owns her own daycare and that has provided a lot of experience for me. I have been able to assist her taking care of those children. In my experience, I have been able to provide care for children with many special needs, as well as, gifted and talented children. I enjoy being around children and seeing their faces light up when they are having fun. I know parents want someone that is responsible and experienced and that their children love to be around.

I began babysitting when I was ten years old. Mostly Friday or Saturday nights with the occasional all-day care. Three years ago, I was a nanny for a family of three: two boys and one girl during the summer. We took a lot of day trips including the zoo and the pool. We went to a lot of art and musical events. I continued to be their nanny until I went back to school in North Carolina. I then helped them out again the next summer when I returned back in July from studying abroad. Last summer, I worked for two families. The one I nannied for during the week was a thirteen and fifteen year old girls. This was a relaxed position, and we spent many days at the pool and park. They were really into photography so we did a lot with that. The second family I nannied for on the weekends was quite the opposite. They were a family of three (6, 3, and 1.5). The six year old son was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, and the one and a half year old suffered from separation anxiety. I was more of a mother's helper than anything else. However I did spend a lot of time outside playing with the kids. Although I only have three years of experience, I am the oldest of seven so I have been nannying for much longer than that. My youngest sibling is three years old, and so I have a lot of recent experience caring for infants and young toddlers.

Hi my name is Aili. I graduated from Carmel High School in 2010. I attend college at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, and I am studying Art History. I am the oldest child in my family and began watching my younger brothers, taking care of them, and assisting my mother at a young age. I began being a mother's helper and babysitting for various households at the age of 12. I had a nannying position in the summer of 2006 and the summer of 2007 for two 3-year-old twins. I enjoy interacting and playing with young children. I enjoy watching them learn and discover new things. I am a very active person. I run and horseback ride and live a very healthy lifestyle. I love taking children outside to play various games and activities. It is important to me to introduce an active and healthy lifestyle to children at a young age so that good habits are continued later in life.

I have lived with 2 different families, working a full-time office job and then coming home to care for the children, housework, and whatever else I may be needed for. I am currently living with one family right now but will be moving out soon and also am planning to quit my full-time office job and would love a job of just nannying full-time for one or two years. I have also worked in day care before and absolutely love working and caring for children! I've had many people tell me I need to do this full time as I would be great at it, so after a rough year of a full-time office job (rough referring to heavy workload and many, many hours working overtime). I am excited and ready to do this full time. I am experienced with all age groups. The family I live with now have 4 children, one of which was only a few weeks when I started taking care of them so I have a lot of experience. Please contact me if interested! I am looking to be paid at least $15 per hour full time. I would need to leave by 5:00 p.m. every evening weekdays but can be there as early as needed.
