My experience with special needs children...
I was a substitute teacher for my local elementary school preschool where the needs met focused on children with mild, to severe disabilities.
I also, worked under a licensed Speech Pathologist to help assist in K-12 Speech needs. This includes children with not only speech errors, but all children having any State IEP plans of varying multidimensional needs.
