My favorite nanny moment was when I helped a shy child at 360 Kids Academy come out of their shell. We spent time every day working on crafts and playing games they enjoyed. Over time, they became more confident and started participating in group activities with other children. Seeing their transformation and knowing I played a part in their development was incredibly rewarding!
