More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Some years ago I volunteered in two different kindergarten where I was supervising 10 kids between 3 and 5 years old. I helped them with feeding, bathing, and taking them to the bathroom. Also supporting in activities of the facility. When I was younger I took care some neighbors’ son at night during the week or when they needed help. I’ve always been surrounded by children because I have a big family with a lot of kids. My last experience have been taking care of a two years old girl as a full time job. I woke her up in the morning, helped her with brushing teeth and gave her breakfast. We spent all day together doing activities she likes to do and I was teaching her the color and numbers during all day while we were doing those activities so she could learn and have fun at the same time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Any kind of outdoor activities are the best plan to play when the weather is great. skate, biking, hiking, and any sport are a big YES!. As well with indoor activities, drawing, painting, and baking are my favorites one

The most important part about being a nanny...

Be patient and supportive because they are discovering a whole new world and sometimes can be to much for them. Also the communication is very important because they are curious and want to know everything so we have to be ready to answer those millions questions they make per day

At the beginning is a little bit difficult because they are with a stranger so they don’t trust you so much but with a couple of days we get to know each other so I really love the relationship we develop after those days because they feel safe with you and it’s easier to know what things they like and make them feel happy. Also all the fun I had playing with them. singing, dancing and even talking with them can be pretty funny and sweet.
