Hi! My name is Isabella Balboni, a junior Nursing student at UW–Milwaukee. I’m looking for a nanny position because I genuinely love working with kids and being part of their growth, routines, and everyday moments. My long-term goal is to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and caring for children in a supportive, attentive way is something I’m passionate about.
I currently work at the JCC as an adaptive swim instructor and afterschool teacher, working with kids of all ages and abilities. I enjoy creating safe, fun environments, helping with homework, and building trust with each child. I also have experience as a competitive swimmer, swim coach, and head lifeguard, which strengthened my patience, communication, and responsibility. I’m BLS certified.
