Hello! My name is Isabella, and I am 22 years old. I am currently looking for a full-time, long-term position with a wonderful family where I can pursue my passion for working with children. I previously worked as a caregiver, but through my experience working with children, I discovered that childcare is truly where my heart is. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have experience working as an aide in elementary schools, supporting children ages 5–8. My responsibilities included supervising students in both classroom and recreational settings, and assisting with schoolwork. I also assisted with classroom activities, helped resolve conflicts, and built trusting, supportive relationships with both the children. Creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where children could learn and have fun was one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. Additionally I have some experience nannying for children 3 and under. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and confident in my ability to meet the needs of children at any developmental stage and following the parents lead.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some of my favorite activities to do with children include playing games, dancing, outdoor activities, swimming, and educational learning activities. I also value quiet time, where children can relax, recharge, and practice mindfulness when needed. As a creative and artistic person, I especially enjoy arts and crafts, including painting, drawing, and hands-on creative projects. I love creating fun, engaging experiences that encourage children to learn, express themselves, and build confidence while having fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of the most important aspects of being a nanny is bringing a positive attitude to work every day. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and look forward to helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Building strong, trusting relationships with children is very important to me, and I strive to create an environment where they feel safe, supported, and happy. Safety and trust are also on my top priorities. I understand the importance of caring for someone else's children and do not take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to provide families with peace of mind by being dependable, attentive, and someone they can trust to care for their children.

My experience with special needs children...

I worked as a Paraprofessional/Behavior Technician, providing individualized support and helping children meet their daily needs. I worked closely with students to encourage positive behavior, reinforce goals, and support their social and emotional development. I maintained consistent communication with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child's needs were being met and to provide the best possible support. My role required constant supervision of students while fostering a safe, structured, and positive environment. Throughout the school day, I adapted my approach to each child's unique needs and circumstances, helping them navigate academic, social, and behavioral challenges while encouraging their growth, confidence, and success.
