"I highly recommend Isa as a nanny and caregiver. She has helped our family with our three daughters for the past three years and has truly become part of our family.
Isa first started as an occasional babysitter for date nights and later took on a regular role picking our girls up from school every weekday. She would arrive around 1:30 PM, prepare healthy snacks, and be at school early to pick them up at 1:55 PM. She stayed with them until about 5:00–5:30 PM each day.
Isa is very engaged with the kids. Instead of turning on the TV, she spends time helping with homework, playing games, riding bikes, or taking them to the park or playground. Plus l, she is great at hairstyles if you have a daughter.
During the summer she planned fun activities like trips to the park, pool, and Great America, and even created organized weekly schedules. She is very organized and willing to adjust if needed.
Isa is loving, dependable, and respectful. Any family would be lucky to have her."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience caring for four elementary-aged children, including school pick-ups, transportation to parks and activities, homework support, and structured creative play. I regularly organize outdoor playtime, library visits, reading sessions, and hands-on crafts. I assist with writing practice and math exercises while encouraging curiosity and confidence in learning.
In addition, I independently ran a small summer program for five girls focused on active exploration and enrichment. Activities included visits to local parks, hikes, kayaking at Vasona Lake, Great america, Waterparks, Gilroy gardens, bike rides, swimming, museums, and farms. I managed daily logistics such as preparing lunches, packing activity bags, organizing outfit changes, and supporting potty training when needed. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and structured environment where children can learn, explore, and grow.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
One of my favorite parts of nannying is planning active and adventurous days with the kids. I love taking them to museums to explore and ask questions, as well as organizing bike rides and nature walks so they can stay active and curious about the world around them. At playgrounds, I enjoy creating fun, interactive games to keep everyone engaged. One of the kids’ favorites was “Tickle Monster,” which is my playful version of freeze tag, when someone gets tagged, they freeze until they’re “saved” with a quick, silly tickle. It keeps them laughing, moving, and working together as a team. I truly enjoy being hands-on, energetic, and creative while still maintaining structure and safety. My goal is always to make learning and movement feel exciting so children feel supported, confident, and happy during our time together!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is consistency and long-term connection. I truly value building lasting relationships with families and being a steady presence in a child’s life. Watching children grow, adapt, and develop their personalities over time is the most rewarding part of this work.
The longest family I worked with began when their daughter was 2½ years old, and now she is turning 10. Being able to witness her growth from toddler curiosity to her developing humor, independence, and confidence has been incredibly meaningful. Seeing how children evolve socially, emotionally, and academically reminds me why I love what I do. I believe strong, consistent care allows children to feel safe enough to explore who they are becoming. Being part of that journey is something I deeply value.

My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for children with special needs who may struggle with socializing, focusing, or communicating clearly. I approach each child with patience, empathy, and an understanding that every child develops at their own pace. In park settings, I gently support them in interacting with other children by modeling conversations, encouraging turn-taking, and helping them feel confident approaching new peers. When social situations feel overwhelming, I step in as a steady and supportive presence, sometimes acting as their built-in friend until they feel comfortable branching out on their own. I also provide focused support with speech development by speaking clearly, encouraging repetition in a positive way, and celebrating small progress. I understand that growth often happens in small moments, My patience allows me to remain calm and encouraging, helping children feel safe, understood, and supported as they build confidence socially and academically.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite memories was taking the kids to The Tech Interactive. When we walked into the room filled with hands-on interactive walls, their faces completely lit up. They weren’t just looking at exhibits, they were touching, experimenting, pressing buttons, building, and figuring things out together. Watching them move from curiosity to excitement in seconds was such a rewarding moment for me. I also enjoyed taking them to Amusement parks like Happy Hallow, Gilroy gardens, Great america and getting the chance to watch them enjoy the rides:) And for the littles, I find that the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose is an amazing experience where they could freely explore and play alongside other children. It was special to see them feel a sense of belonging in a space designed just for them! Full of movement, imagination, and shared excitement. Those environments allowed them to socialize, collaborate, and express themselves in ways that felt natural and joyful.
