Simply being around kids always makes me happy. The purity of their hearts and how creative they are just brighten my day. Being a nanny allows me to say "I love my job" and not dread waking up for it every morning.

One time I was sad because of personal problems going on but I was trying not to let the kids know I was upset. The little girl I was nannying for somehow knew and wrote me a note that said "Whether you're mad, sad, or just okay, always know I love you anyway." It brightened my entire week and to this day I can still look at the note and smile.
