My name is Jada Gorden and i’m 20 years old. I am from philadelphia, PA and i’ve lived here since my first day on Earth lol. I love having fun, enjoying nature and experiencing new things. I have a love for both animals and kids , they truly bring joy to life and make things 10x better. I have 3+ years of experience working at a daycare. I started when I was a sophomore in high school but my duties
s weren’t as much because I had to wait to get my clearances. In 12th grade, I had finally gotten my child care clearances and I began doing much more for the kids. Making sure they were fed, were clean at circumstances, entertaining and playing, took their daily naps, and important of all they were kept safe. The beginning of this year I left and looked out for better job opportunities which is the reason for me leaving.

Another is having effective communication skills, being patient, and genuinely being interested in the child’s well-being to have a positive and supportive environment.

My favorite nanny moment was when the kids were waiting to be picked up from daycare and we all had a little dance party before they left and the kids were filled with so much joy , like every child had a smile on their face lol and I was happy that they were happy.
