"Jada is very kind-hearted and patient with children. She is silly and gets on their level and is great at playing with them. Also is knowledgeable and certificed in common safety practices. My son loves when she cares for him. She shows up on time and keeps me updated throughout the day. She is respectful of rules I have set in the home and inforces them with my son. She changes diapers, feeds meals, bathes, lays him down for naps etc. I definatly recommend Jada as an employee. "

A few years ago, I was a nanny for a 6 month old. One day, he was really fussy and just wouldn’t stop crying. I didn’t know how to make him happy and I was getting overwhelmed. So I’m holding him crying, trying to sooth him and I start crying with him. So now we are both crying, but then he realized that I was crying and he looks at me like “ why are you crying ?” And I just start laughing because he finally stopped.
