Besides being a parent of two, I have done several babysitting jobs since I was 15. I am new to being a nanny but I love children. I have been a caregiver/med aid for several years and have experience working with all kinds of personalities and health situations.

Is being there for the kid. Teaching right from wrong and encouraging them to be their best selves. Protecting them from others and themselves. Respecting the parents beliefs on how THEIR child is to be raised.
