My most recent job I was a full time nanny for a family of 5. When I started I was mainly caring for the 2 youngest, ages 4 and 6 months. During summers I care for all 5 kids. The 4 year old is now in school so I have been caring for the 2 year old and newborn since the new born was born. I have been with this family for 2 years, loving, caring, and nurturing these children. Some of my everyday tasks were to, make meals, make bottles, light housework, packing lunches, naptimes. Some of the activities I enjoyed with the kids was painting, walks outside, playing in the pool, singing songs, and reading book!

I love doing anything that the child wants to do. My job is to be there to make your child happy. We do arts and crafts, puzzle, baking, playing outside, swimming!

I love being a nanny because of the personal connection you make with the children and family’s. I enjoy making the children as happy and cared for as they would if their parents were home with them!
My experience with special needs children...
I did an internship with physical therapy in elementary and during that I spent a lot of time with special needs children. Our job as the physical therapist was to get the child that we were working with able to play and be apart of everything the other children were.

I have always loved taking care/ helping out with kids. I have been taking care of 3 little girls off and on for quite some time now. I do work during the day from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm as an office manager in Carlsbad, but I am coming to the end at my job.
