The most important thing about being a nanny to me is transparency, patience, and communication. I think a lot of nannie’s get worked up about disciplining our nanny children but a big portion of it is getting to know the family, parents just as much as the children to overall improve the child’s quality of life. Communicating effectively with the parents and the children will improve the relationship 100%.
