Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I currently work in a licensed daycare infant/toddler room with babies 7–11 months old (and have also worked with 1-year-olds). I handle bottles, naps, diapers, and age-appropriate play, and I plan simple activities like color-themed games, songs, and floor play. I have all required Pennsylvania childcare clearances and am CPR certified. I’m looking for evening and weekend care on top of my daycare schedule.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoors I like songs, books, color-themed play, stacking and sensory bins, and lots of floor time so babies can practice rolling, sitting, and crawling. With toddlers I add simple crafts, dancing, and pretend play. Outside we do stroller walks, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, and playground time when they’re old enough. I keep activities calm, hands-on, and matched to the child’s age.
The most important part about being a nanny...
matters most to me is trust. Kids should feel comfortable and connected, and parents should feel like they can enjoy their night without worrying. I love being the person who makes both of those things possible, especially with babies and little ones.

I have worked with autistic children and also children with physical therapy and occupational therapy.

My favorite moment so far was my first week in the baby room. A few of the little ones who had been unsure crawled or scooted straight over and parked themselves in my lap like they’d known me forever. One kept grabbing my shirt and grinning every time I started a song. That’s when it clicked that this is the work I’m supposed to be doing.
