One of my favorite nanny memories is watching the children I care for grow and hit their little milestones—whether it’s their first steps, saying a new word, or learning how to share. I still remember one morning when we were baking muffins, and the toddler I had been helping learn her colors suddenly pointed to the blueberries and said, “Blue!” with the biggest smile. Moments like that stay with you.
