My favorite nanny moment would be realizing that when doing a job like this you earn the child’s trust watch them grow and slowly become part of your family as well. I’ve babysat a few kids in my experience but I babysat a little girl since she was 2 and watched her grow up till she was 5 and every year for her birthday I would throw her a little birthday party and seeing her happy running around let me know I was doing my job right and made me the happiest as well.
