More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a room mother for 3 of my sisters and my son through they're grade school years! I have taken care of a toddler going through chemo for 4 years. I have worked in nursing homes for 6yrs. I have cared for my grandmother, grandfather, mother and father for all appointments. I am renewing my CPR certification and first aid. I have been a care giver for as long as I can remember.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do all forms of art and crafts with children, science projects, cooking, swimming, walking trails, fishing I love to keep the kid busy! I believe screen time should be limited.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To make sure the kid/kids safe, to motivate their minds with activities and too have fun!

My experience with special needs children...

I have taken care of a little girl that had Leukemia. I had to give her meds at certain times and keep a eye on her activities. I also have taken care of several little ones that have Autism. My grandson has diabetes and asthma

The most important part about being a nanny...

At my last nanny job seeing him take his first step was amazing and watching him grow as an independent individual was a pleasure. Hearing him say my name for the first time made my heart sing!
