Hi! I have 10+ years of experience in childcare and take a child centered approach to working with kids. I work to fostering independence and empathy with children while building meaningful relationships with each family I work with. I am patient, good humored, and supportive. I have worked as a nanny for infants, have many years of babysitting experience for children ages 2-10, and have taught inside of schools and daycare centers most of my life. I have training in Waldorf education, as well as in the Montessori method and Reggio Emilio culture as well.
