Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My childcare experience comes from a combination of personal, international, and professional caregiving. 10 yrs ago worked as an au pair in Italy for three months, caring for children and becoming part of a family’s daily routine. I have also cared for my son, stepchildren, grandchildren, giving me experience with children at different ages and stages. Through these experiences, I have developed a natural ability to be patient, attentive, nurturing, and dependable while making children feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
My nursing education I further gained professional experience caring for infants, children, and families, with particular attention to safety, hygiene, nutrition, development, and overall wellbeing. I understand that parents are placing their greatest trust in a caregiver, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to provide not only reliable childcare, but thoughtful, individualized care that supports each child’s needs, personality, and daily routine.

I love following each child’s interests and encouraging their creativity, curiosity, confidence, and development through play.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is earning the trust of both the child and their parents. A nanny is entrusted with something incredibly precious, so providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment must always come first. It is also important to be patient, dependable, observant, and respectful of the family’s routines, values, and parenting choices.
I understand the importance of being attentive to even small changes in a child’s wellbeing and maintaining a high standard of safety, hygiene, and care. At the same time, I believe children need warmth, encouragement, play, and genuine connection.
