"At the start of our time with Keegan, our daughter was 3 months old and the other child in the share was 8 months old. Keegan was able to juggle each girl’s schedule and specific care needs, despite different sleep schedules and developmental stages. They diligently tracked naps, feedings, and medications in an app to help all families stay informed of how the girls were doing during the day. Now that the girls are older, Keegan works to ensure they play outside, make crafts, go to events, explain feelings, vocalize preferences, and more! They excel at planning fun activities daily so the girls get engaging experiences and socialization with other children. They helped the girls with major milestones like walking, potty training, and first words. Keegan is also incredibly reliable. They communicate in advance about holidays and time off so we aren’t left scrambling and they rarely, if ever, need unexpected time off for sick days. We will miss Keegan!"

"Keegan began with our family in March 2023. Our daughter was six months old. She was colicky, a little velcro-y, and a contact napper. Keegan was insightful and adaptive in their efforts to help us get her on the right schedule. When we added the 2nd family to our share, Keegan masterfully balanced the two babies. Keegan arranges age appropriate activities, from library story times to nanny meet ups to art projects at home to exploring new playgrounds to zoo trips to gymnastics classes. Screen time is a non-factor- they don’t use or need it. Keegan is conscientious and consistent about safety- sunscreen, hats, helmets, etc. Keegan has also been as reliable as it is possible to be. They communicate their scheduling needs well in advance. They text updates to both families consistently, share photos daily, and talk through how we collectively address any issues as a team. The only reason Keegan is available for hire is because Rosie is starting pre-k in the fall."

"Keegan was a twice weekly nanny for our daughter from about 4 weeks old to 18 months old, and is still our go-to babysitter. We call them "the baby-whisperer" with good reason. They have an innate sense of what a fussy little one needs and is almost supernatural when it comes to handling toddler meltdowns and separation anxiety - more importantly they're a calming presence that helps keep the anxiety from getting worse. They plans weather appropriate activities, remembers to take pictures, and are great at feeding times. They've been a wonderful baby sitter and truly get to know their charges as "tiny humans"."

"Keegan was absolutely PHENOMENTAL with our 5 and 2 year old. They know how to speak to children in a way that I have never seen before. Keegan understands how little kids think and how to approach them and how to deal with any conflicts or tantrums. They are willing to perform any tasks asked of them and willing to come early/stay late. Keegan was willing to drive the kiddos different places and have playdates. When she was asked to clean this or that or put away something Keegan would not hesitate. Our kids thought Keegan was EXTREMELY fun and still talk about all of the fun experiments and art projects they did with Keegan."
