"We brought Kenzie on when our daughter was a newborn, and she has stayed with us until now, when our daughter is almost 2. I cannot praise her highly enough - she is incredibly knowledgeable about child development (and a key reason our daughter is significantly ahead in language skills), she's always patient and kind, and she's perpetually looking for ways to improve our daughter's life and have fun with her. I have, in three different situations, had other parents or nannies approach me on the playground completely unprompted to tell me how good Kenzie is as a nanny. She's also a genuine joy to spend time with, and will always feel like a piece of our family, even as she transitions to "occasional sitter" for us instead of full-time nanny.
