Activities I enjoy doing with children include sensory bins, arts and crafts, painting, reading, imaginative play, educational games, outdoor activities, and creative projects. I believe that just because children aren’t at school doesn’t mean they can’t learn! I love turning everyday play into opportunities to learn, explore, and build new skills while still keeping things fun and age-appropriate.

My experience with special needs children includes my current work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one support to children with autism and developmental needs. The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are when parents tell me their kids are excited to see me or ask when I’m coming back. I also love when parents share the things their children have learned with me, like fun facts about rainforest animals or something new they discovered during one of our activities. Knowing that the children are having fun while also learning and remembering the things we explore together is so rewarding to me.
