"I’ve known Kristy for over 20 years. We found her through a nanny agency. Kristy worked with us from when our baby girl was about 6 months old until she was two. She worked 3 full days and full-time for us over the summer. Later, she babysat for us, and we hired her for a week while we went to Hawaii. It was great for us to know our daughter was well taken care of, and she was thrilled to have her favorite nanny come and spend a week with her!
Kristy is loving, responsible, completely trustworthy and reliable. Beyond that she is very creative and truly loves children. Kristy would prepare healthy food for my daughter, take her to the park, read to her, do fun projects, take her on fun excursions, and fully engage with her. In terms of discipline, she would follow our lead and set age-appropriate limits when needed. We always knew our daughter would be safe, well taken care of and happy when she was with “Keke". I highly recommend her. ❤️"

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is being emotionally present and attuned to the present moment with your kiddo. This time in their lives is pivotal for development. This isn't just about holding babies or feeding them; this is about helping them develop a secure attachment through acts of trust in time.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a full-time special needs kiddo (7yo) with high support needs Level 2 autism.
