My name is Leah and I’m 19 years old. I’m very interested in the job position as a nanny. My age might seem like I don’t have enough experience, but I’ve been babysitting since I was 15. I not only babysat my own siblings, but I also babysat friends and family’s kids. The ages I have experience with range from 12 month-12 years old. Moreover, I’ve taken child development courses, worked in a preschool within my high school and have job shadowed an elementary school teacher.
Becoming a teacher is a possibility for me in the future as I love working with kids. I’m looking for opportunities to gain as much experience as I can working and learning about children to gain plenty of experience for the future. I’m very energetic and care deeply for the well being of others which would show daily in my work.
