Hello Nanny Lane Families,

My name is Linda Brown. I am a loving ,caring, educated nanny of over 15 years of experience with infants, toddlers and school aged children with a specialty with infants and night time care. I have a masters degree in Social Science and over 15 years of educational experience in early childhood, grade school , and Special Education servicing ADHD, Aspergers, Autism and Bipolar students. I am CPR and first aid certified with recent references.
As a nanny, I am big on education while I am in a home. I engage a baby daily by implementing a daily tracking sheet that records a babies activities each day such as, diaper change, feedings, mood, tummy time , story time, educational engagement.
As the baby develops, I incorporate, abc's, numbers, colors, shapes, objects, outdoor activities, learning their names, and facial parts. I end my notes for each day with an oral briefing for my parents to keep them upon what happened during their work day.
As a nanny, I believe in strong work ethics, punctuality, dependability, open communication, learning to follow a parent's wishes and rules, respect for their home and privacy.
