Hi my name is LaShay Joiner but I go by LJ. I have worked in a daycare setting for a year as well as worked in numerous PreK classrooms as an assistant teacher. I’ve also been to culinary school just last year and graduated so I had a lot of experience with both cooking and with children. I’ve gotten my CPR certification as well as my food handlers card and servsafe so I assure you that I can deliver quality food and services to your children. One of my favorite activities to do is arts and crafts and building projects with the kids. I am an exceptional writer as well very fluent in writing stories, poems and articles.
