I have had several part-time babysitting jobs scattered throughout my life since then, but have most recently been employed, in the past few years, with nannying positions. My current situation is with two families; I care for an 18-month-old 4 days/week (since he was 2 months old) and a 22-month-old 1 day/week (since he was 6 months old). I have a background substituting at a Montessori school, the philosophy of which I apply to my caregiving.
