A little bit about me

My name is Lori Dunevant and over the past several years I have worked to develop skills surrounding team building, communication, education and youth engagement. I am passionate about art and strive to be creative in everything that I do while helping others. My undergraduate studies I chose to focus on an art education degree giving me the skills and ability to identify and foster the creative strengths in children. In my most recent position I taught for Hanover Online Middle School. During my time in the education system I have assisted a diverse array of students to tap into their own creativity. In my personal life I still maintain my own creative practice through drawing, printing, and playing music. I greatly enjoy using these skills to help others. I also consider myself a lifelong learner and am very interested in nature. I love being outdoors, going for walks, jogs, biking, hiking, kayaking, gardening and practicing plant identification.
