You are helping a child grow and become this little human with thoughts and ideas of their own. their parents trust you to love them and care for them and that alone is a huge responsibility. Its worth it thought the first time they hug you or tell you one of there little secrets. your the keeper of this child for hours on end and you develop this love and bond with them. they trust you the way they would come to trust a friend or a sibling or a parent and that is a special feeling and a wonderful thing to be apart of.

i family that i worked for with for over 2 years had twins. i worked with them from the time they where 2 months old until they where almost 3 and went to pre k. within almost 3 years we became very close but it was one day when the twins where sick and we where laying on the couch and they looked up at me with big blue eyes and little red noses and said may may [ they coud not say maghen they tried so that was my name with them] we love you and i melted.
