"I have four children (ages 10, 6, 2, & 1). Marcela is an asset to my family. Since Marcela initially contacted me, there has been great communication between us. Marcela primarily takes care of my youngest child, but also takes care of all four of my children when the occasion arises. Marcela helps me with preparing snacks and meals. She is a dedicated and dependable individual. My children care very much about her and enjoy her company. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to be flexible, yet maintain discipline. She is a friendly and fun individual and provides good mentorship to my children. She loves doing arts and crafts with the children, going on walks, and doing outdoor activities with them. Marcela is very patient and understanding. One of the biggest bonuses is that Marcela speaks Spanish. We asked her to speak Spanish to the children.
