Hello, my name is Mardi. I have been taking care of children since I was very young. I am a singer and taught music and movement classes to ages 0 to adults . I have also been a pre school teacher at the Princeton family YMCA. I have four of my own kids and two are in their late teens and two are pre teens. I am a dependable, kind , loving ,honest person and I always take excellent responsibility for my job and take it very seriously. I am a prompt worker and I go above and beyond the call of duty . More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a nanny for this family that had four children . I started taking care of them while their parents were on vacation as well as during the week . I enjoyed this job very much and I always made sure their house was cleaner then when I arrived. I made sure the parents didn't have to do anything but relax when they would come home. I made sure each of the children did something fun. We did lots of baking and cooking together . I remember also doing lots of paintings with them. It was very important to me that they got enough exercise so we would play in their big back yard on the swing set and on the trampoline. Their safety was my main concern . I loved my job so much .

Singing ,arts and crafts ,dancing , reading , playing the piano, playing with clay and playdough.

The most important part is providing an enriching environment for the childre their talents and be creative . Also the well being and safety of each child is my main priority.

I have worked with autistic children and children with down syndrome. I have also taken care of children confined to a wheel chair.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have so many amazing memories . When I was 17 I was a nanny for this family that had just had a new baby, plus older children . The father was away on business so I took care of the whole house and meals and laundry . I took care of the mother , making her meals , doing her laundry and gave her time to take care of herself while I watched her new baby. She had post partum depression and so it was very good that I was there to give her support during that difficult time. Very memorable and special family .
