A little bit about me

Hi there --

My name is Meagan!
I have lived in Central Oregon since 2005. My Dad + I moved from Beaverton Portland area around that time frame.
We've loved living here!

I have experience working mostly with children's age ranges from infants up to elementary school.

I have worked within two different Montessori Preschools.

I've babysit + had nanny positions for several families over the years starting in 2008 + on. I believe I prefer to work with children two years old + up.

Along with nannying, I am an aspiring Photographer within the Central Oregon area + beyond.
I could be your Nanny + Family Portrait Photographer if in need.

If we feel that it is a good fit on both ends, I am willing to keep an open mind about the possibility of a live-in nanny position.

Also, I work really well with pets. So if your family has a fur baby, I am happy to care for them when needed along with your children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Depending upon the time of year or season it is, I enjoy summer time the most where we can do all sorts of water type activities ( with the parent (s) permission ), such as going to a private or public pool / water park, playground, private backyard set up water feature etc.
We would go for walks within the neighborhood.
We could also play music, sing, dance, read, draw + much more, all while being keeping safety in mind.
Example: applying sunscreen + drinking plenty of water if during summertime months.

If other time of year, I would be mindful about appropriate clothing choices etc.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part about being a nanny in my opinion includes but is not limited to :

The safety + overall wellbeing of your child or children.

Making sure they are getting the proper amount of nutrition + as well as staying active as much as possible.
Getting involved in activities to keep interested throughout the day to challenge there mind in a fun + positive atmosphere.
