Being a nanny is very important to me because I know I play a main role in helping a child grow. I love being able to provide the parents with ease that they know their children are being loved and taken care of when they are away. I love watching little kids learn and grow into big kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for one girl who had Down syndrome for over 8 years. She loves going to get slushy from the gas station and her favorite store is big lots. I still watch her for occasional dates nights and whenever her family may need me.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have a lot of nanny memories that really make me happy but the most recent one has to be with the twins I nannied for. Everyday when I was leaving they would tell me that they had the best day and always ask if I would be coming back the next day.
