I’m born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas. My mother owned a home daycare growing up, and still does. As soon as I was old enough to read and write I was helping my mom to take care of the little ones. I volunteered in elementary schools often during my teenagers years. Then went on to be a camp counselor and director for an outdoor activities summer camp in Colorado during my college years. I’ve acquired a bachelors degree in Natural sciences with an aspiration to work in conservation, and have a deep passion for nature and teaching others how to love nature. I also work evenings as a server, and am looking for a daytime job with a very different pace.
