The most important part about being a nanny is prioritizing the kids’ physical and emotional health and their safety. I think it is also important to listen to the kid’s thoughts and feelings rather than making all decisions for them. Each child and their family are diverse in their own ways and I strongly believe in respecting their values regardless of my own. I want to be a positive influence in a child’s life.
