"Molly cared for many families for my nanny agency in Australia throughout 2020 and 2021. Molly cared for newborn babies, twins, primary school aged children and toddlers.
Molly had exceptional communication with both families and myself. She consistently went above and beyond every shift and made genuine connections with the children she cared for.
I cannot recommend Molly more highly. She is kind, joyous, active and responsible."

"When travelling in Oregon this year Molly cared for our two children (4 & 1)
They instantly warmed to her kind hearted, fun loving personality. She is very intuitive and has a common sense approach which made us feel instantly at ease. Molly was always so present and engaging with interactive play which has left a lasting impression on us all. Our 4 year old is always asking when they will get to see their friend Molly again!"

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Aside from nannying, I was a camp counselor and Sunday school teacher for many years.
As a Camp Counselor, I lived with a cabin of girls caring for and guiding them through an array of fun life and team building activities over a three week period. I did this twice a summer for three years after attending the camp for five years. I worked with children 4-16 years old. I also volunteered as an assistant Sunday school teacher through high school for children 4 - 14 years old. Helping care and teach lessons to children on their weekends is hard work!
When I was twenty, I volunteered teaching English in Latin America to children coming from difficult backgrounds of the ages 2 - 17 years old. This also helped me learn Spanish as well as taught me to empathize and love every child individually as we all deserve to be.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor activities I enjoy are board games, puzzles, toys, make believe, arts and crafts, cooking/baking, reading, music, yoga, movies, and maybe even a dance party!
Outdoor activities I enjoy are riding bikes, tag, hide and seek (indoors too), nature walks, eye spy, swimming, outdoor sports, fetch with the dog and picnics.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is being someone a child can look too for help, affection, and friendship when the parent is unavailable or simply needs another set of helping hands.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for and taught children with learning disabilities such as hyper active, dyslexia, Down syndrome and depression. I believe I am very patient and through this, I am often able to connect with children. I believe every child is unique in their needs and there is great importance in communication, respect, and personal attention.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I was nannying at a New Years party, and there were blow up lounge chairs. the children (ages around 3, 6 and 9 years) and I pretended we were pirates sailing two ships over the angry sea. (I was the wind and narrator). This moment sticks out due to the amount of giggles and squeals of delight going on from a variety of ages. My favorite moments are when we can make fun out of anything, anywhere!

Hello! My name is Grace Neumaier, and I would love a summer nanny job! I would live locally in Bend for around 12 weeks and have extensive experience with children ages 0-11, as I had twelve foster siblings, am one of six kids, and have babysat for well over five years. Part-Time Nanny Available in Bend, OR: Lael S.
Hi parents and guardians!
I am a long time Bendite with 9+ years of childcare experience and I am excited to meet your family. I have worked long term and short term care jobs with kids of all ages (including infant and teen), backgrounds, personality types, and family needs.
I have a bachelors of psychology with an emphasis in child development and am also a certified wilderness first responder. I love spending time outside and working with kids in the outdoors.
One of my favorite parts of working with kids is how curious, lively, and adventurous they are. Because each child has different and unique needs I love working with families and learning how to curate care plans that suit the child and the family best. I constantly find that although as adults and caretakers we are there to guide them, kids have so much to teach us, too!
