The most important part about being a nanny is knowing that every child is different and has specific needs, and that I need to be considerate of those specific needs because not every child is the same and I need to know how to be able to help them the way that they need in that moment. Also that you’re not always going to be able to help them in the way that they need, so patience and understanding goes a really long way as well.
