Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been teaching 6th grade for the last three years after receiving my Elementary Education degree from Emporia State University! Before I graduated from college, I was a nanny for three years for two families! The first a family that had seventh-month-old twins and a three-year-old for almost two years. The second family had twin three-month-old girls, a four-year-old boy with Down Syndrome, and a seven-year-old boy!

I enjoy baking, drawing, going on walks, crafting, playing, and (most importantly) reading!

The most important part of being a nanny is being able to give parents the comfort of knowing their child is safe and is in good hands. You expect us to be with your child while you work, you as parents shouldn't worry about your child's safety.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a brother who is on the Autism spectrum, and he inspired me to become a teacher to help children with special needs. I also was a nanny for a very sweet five-year-old boy with Down Syndrome.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments from my nannying was when I helped plan for the twins' first birthday party, and got to help clean up their first cake experience!
