More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have relevant experience caring for children through a variety of settings. I’ve worked at summer camps, helped lead Vacation Bible School (VBS), and served as a para substitute at schools in my hometown for a few months. Those roles gave me a lot of hands-on experience with kids of different ages, and I really enjoy creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing creative and active things with kids—like arts and crafts, playing outside, reading books, building with blocks or Legos, and coming up with fun games to keep them engaged. I also enjoy helping with learning activities or simple schoolwork when needed, and I’m always happy to match their energy and imagination.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience working with children with special needs from my time as a para substitute in a special education classroom back in my hometown. I supported students with a range of abilities, helping them stay on task, stay regulated, and feel comfortable in the classroom. It taught me a lot about patience, flexibility, and how to adapt to each child’s unique needs.
