This included visiting the library, completing learning quests, cooking to further understanding science & mathematics, and exploring nature to gain understanding of the world. Moreover, my services were not limited to childcare but rather provided an outlet for children to learn self-sufficiency, self-reliance and risk assessment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One memorable moment would have to be when the child I nannied and I waited to pick up her sibling from carpool. I had said “I wonder what time it is? My car clock broke”.
The child moves around and then says “3:15!”
I looked confused as I checked my phone and was surprised to see she was right!!
“ how did you know that?” I asked turning back to look at her.
The child dug into her school backpack and pulled out her massive alarm clock.
“ I wanted to know the time at school so I took my alarm clock to school” the child said.
I paused and smile.
“That’s a great way to solve you time problem” I said
