"Natalie is so sweet and incredibly experienced. She listened carefully to our needs and was able to quickly learn our baby and adapt to his needs as well. I greatly appreciated Natalie’s consistent communication about both fun and important things. Her memory is incredible and she was able to tell me about his naps, food, and diapers every day when I picked him up. She sent cute pictures and updates multiple times a day! Natalie truly goes above and beyond to care for every child in her home. Lastly, she is super flexible with schedule change needs and communicated well in advance if her schedule ever changed.
