I greatly appreciated Natalie’s consistent communication about both fun and important things. Her memory is incredible and she was able to tell me about his naps, food, and diapers every day when I picked him up. She sent cute pictures and updates multiple times a day! Natalie truly goes above and beyond to care for every child in her home. Lastly, she is super flexible with schedule change needs and communicated well in advance if her schedule ever changed.
