Nicole is a wonderfully empathetic, creative & reliable caregiver. While working full time she developed weekly routines including playgrounds, storylines, and creative activities. She paid attention to our daughters interests and encouraged her to explore them. She documented everyday through notes & pictures and always took the time to talk through any concerns we had. She supported us through multiple nap transitions, saying goodbye to pacifier and potty learning. She showed up on time every day & always let us know if she was going to be late. Additionally, she helped with other responsibilities, like cleaning his play area, making his lunches/snacks, and providing frequent communication and photos/videos via text.
