"Nikisha is amazing. She is caring, compassionate and patient. She also happens to be super organized and great at repairing ALL SORTS of things. While she was with our family she was truly mom #2. My daughter absolutely loves her, and still regularly tells me that Nikisha explains homework better than anyone else. :-) She doesn’t chat on her phone, ignore your children or watch the clock—she is the total opposite of that! Taking your children out for walks to look for fairies, making homemade posters and helping your child grow as a person will be the norm. "Nikisha (or "Niki") is professional, qualified, caring, and fun, and brought so much life to our household. She's been an amazing nanny to our son as he transitioned from baby to toddler, and truly bonded with him in a special way. We met her through neighbors, who found her on PSP (she worked with their daughter for over 5 years!). She implemented a nap/feeding structure that works beautifully, is super active and engaged, and prioritizes fun play and learning experiences. She is certified in child/infant CPR and first aid, has extensive infant experience, and I would trust her in any type of situation. She also has a car, which makes lots of activities more accessible. We have loved our time with Niki and are sad to be saying goodbye as our son moves into daycare.
