Used to work/ volunteery at multiple daycare centers back in South Africa and finishing high school. I was a part of a 4 people stuff caring for 20 children per 2 stuff members.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy playing sports, board games, going on walks and taking the kids to the park. Love doing arts and crafts and helping the kids I care for with homework. I also enjoy taking the kids to the library for story time and reading to them. Taking the children to music/ dance classes or baby gymnastics and participating during those classes. I also love finding free mommy and me classes to take the children to.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Showering the children with genuine love and care and offering the safety and protection at all times while in your care. Teaching them good values and manners.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite memorable moments are with a clients daughter I care for, for the last 4+ years. Every night during bath and before bedtime we would have a singalong/ dance party to our favorite songs. Some nights we would be so into it that we would perform a show for the whole family.
