Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
i babysat for lots of family/friends growing up, had 2 nannying jobs for family friends. in highschool i took a couple early childhood education classes. from 2021 to 2024 i worked at a daycare bouncing around from class to class but usually in the infant class (6wks-12months)(6wks-11yrs was range in entire center). Currently i am nannying for 2 families and occasionally babysitting while i go to school
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
i really enjoy doing art with children, and have fun with sensory play. when i nannied i really enjoyed going on walks or to the park no matter the weather! also for the older kids teaching them how to help make food (more simple things depending on age ex. making sandwiches for lunch together)
The most important part about being a nanny...
this family i nannied for (twin 4 year olds and a 1 year old) went to the park (with a stroller for baby) and it’s about a 5 minute walk. once we got there it started down pouring and we played in the rain for a couple minutes then ran home and changed into dry clothes and watched a movie together, just a very wholesome moment :)

As you may already know, my name is Livellah Johnson. I’ve been working with kids since I was a kid. My grandmother owned a daycare. I remember coming back home from school to my grandmother’s house and there were about 8 kids in the living room playing with each other. I remember helping my grandmother make snacks for the kids and I remember helping her make bottles and for the crying babies. My grandma planted a seed that’s just been growing ever since, my love for kids. In middle school I joined my church’s nursery and became the nursery teacher. Lee middle school summer program called “Freedom School”. I’ve been working as a reading teacher with that program for 2 years now.
