The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny/babysitter personally isn’t just about keeping that child(ren) safe or giving that parent a break they so desperately need. It’s giving that child or children the right set of tools that are gonna set them up for success. I’m giving them the tools that are going to make them feel confident, and empathetic, and loving people. So many kids childhoods are ripped away from them and that’s not fair. Not every child gets to live in a safe environment or get to fall sleep without the fear of knowing someone's going to hurt them, and thats heart breaking. I will love your kid just like my own, I will respect them like my own. They will always feel valued and be able to talk to me about ANYTHING. They will get unlimited amounts of hugs, love, and fun. I will be a nanny nor you or your child(ren) will ever forget :)
My experience with special needs children...
For over a year starting in 2023 I was a live-in/ house assistant for a physically disabled/non verbal teen. While her attention span wasn’t the longest we enjoyed going to the park, dance parties, sun bathing, musical toys and cooking meals together!
